This website is operated by Gold Coast florist, Florenna. By reading this website and page you understand and accept the following information, services and policies. Throughout the site it is stated that flowers are subject to availability and that Florenna will not make any guarantees of specific flowers for orders.
Flowers are a perishable product therefore Florenna will not be held responsible for any damages or the condition of the flowers 24hrs after delivery. It is important to understand that certain flowers we use naturally do not last as long as others. If within 24hrs, if you are concerned the product is in a questionable condition, please contact us with proof of purchase and a picture of the said questionable flowers. If they meet the criteria and are clearly deteriorating we will issue a refund or re-delivery. However, an extra delivery fee will be charged if this is the case.
Our photos are samples only. We try our best to recreate the image but depending on availability, specific colours and flowers may vary. By ordering online you are allowing us and trusting us to use our judgement in creating beautiful bouquets.
We understand that when deliveries are made, the recipient will not always be present to receive the flowers, if this is the case we will try to contact the recipient to let them know where the arrangement has been left. If there is not a safe, suitable location to leave the flowers or we cannot get access to the front door, the flowers will have to come back to the studio, upon which we will try to contact both the customer and recipient for either re-delivery or collection. A $15 re-delivery fee will be issued to the customer. If sending flowers to a workplace and the recipient has gone home early or did not come to work, the flowers will be left there regardless, unless the customer informs us before 11:30am of a change of address or date.
