How It Works

Weekly Fresh Flower
Bouquets

Each week we offer two fresh bouquet options full of gorgeous quality seasonal flowers that can be collected via appointment from our studio in Robina or delivered across the Gold Coast.

We change our designs weekly to keep things interesting and seasonal and only offer two bouquets in order to minimise waste whilst keeping the ordering process quick and easy.

All you need to do is choose one of the weekly bouquets available or the Hybrid option which is a combination of them both, then simply select the size you would like.

Dried Arrangements

Or select from our ready made dried arrangements. We've included detailed images and descriptions to assist in helping you pick a favourite. There is only one of every piece, making them unique and even more special.

We strive to make ordering flowers a simple, quick and easy process.

Once you have chosen one of the weekly bouquets or a dried arrangement, it's as simple as adding the flowers to your cart, filling out the details and you will have beautiful flowers in no time at all.

You're welcome to leave any instructions in relation to your order in the 'special instructions' section when your selecting the flowers.

Colour Palette

Each week Florenna have new fresh flowers with two different colour palettes available for selection. Images of both colour palettes for the week will be posted on our website and social media platforms, which you will then be able to choose from.

Flowers are selected based on seasonal availability which means the colour palette you select will stay the same, but the flowers pictured are subject to change without notice. At Florenna we want to ensure you get the freshest produce possible so flowers may be substituted throughout the week for a flower or flowers of equal value.

A Vase or A Bubble

All of our fresh flowers are delivered in water to keep them lasting their best. Whether this be a plastic water bubble at the bottom of your blooms, or in a vase of your choice.

Having them delivered in a vase will add a special touch to your flowers and will save your receiver time trying to find one suitable. It will also save on plastic, which is always a plus! We have a selection of vases available from our 'shop' section if you would like to add it with your flowers.

Keep an eye out for our bouquet size vs vase guide as some vases may not fit the larger size bouquets.
