How to become a stockist? -

All businesses are welcome to stock our dried bunches and our greeting cards. Unfortunately, our dried bunches are only available for local QLD, Gold Coast businesses. We are happy to ship our cards interstate. Please contact us via email contact@florenna.com.au for a price list and more information. Also, check out our Instagram highlights for photos. 

How do I order a bouquet that is bigger than your sizes?

We can definitely make up our weekly bouquets in larger size suited to the amount you wish to spend. Please do not hesitate to contact us via our socials or email as we will be happy to make your special gesture spectacular. (Please note: This only applies for amounts more than our extra large price)

What days of the week are you open?

We are open Monday – Friday (closed weekends). If you wish to collect your flowers from our studio, please tell us of a specific time for pick up between 10am-5pm.

Can I visit your studio to shop around & where are you located?

Unfortunately, we are not a pop in and shop kind of studio, we only offer a click and collect service for online orders which you can collect at your specified time.

We are located in Robina. You will find our address on your confirmation email once you've placed your order. 

What information do I need to provide to send flowers?

Recipient's name & phone number, address

Date of delivery

Card message (Optional)

Your name & phone number & email (optional for receipt)

What days of the week do you deliver?

We deliver Monday – Friday (closed weekends) If you are concerned about the freshness of the flowers, there is no need as we don’t have specific 'flower days' for when stock is received, meaning fresh flowers regardless of the day. 

Do you offer same day delivery? 

Yes, however we have a cut off time of 12pm for same day delivery. Unfortunately as our couriers are very busy, we can not guarantee a specific time of delivery. Flowers will be delivered anytime between 12pm-5pm. Please see our terms and conditions for further details. 

I've missed the cut off time to place an order but I really need flowers

If you need something last minute and our cut off time has passed, please contact us via email or message us on our social media BEFORE placing your order as we might be able to accommodate for your order.

Add ons-

Currently vases and greeting cards are the only products we offer at the moment to add onto your order. The price will vary depending on which vase you select and will be calculated accordingly when you checkout.

What vase will fit the bouquet size I want to order?

Listed below the vase descriptions is a 'bouquet size vs vase' guide. If the bouquet size you would like is not listed for the vase you want than it will not fit in the vase. 

Do you post dried arrangements?

Currently we do not post our dried selection interstate or internationally. We do deliver locally within the Gold Coast region, please visit our 'Delivery Locations' page. Alternatively, collection options via appointment from our studio are available. 

What do I have to do when I receive my fresh flowers?

First things first, it's optional to keep the wrapping on flowers but personally we like to take it off to really show off the flowers. Next step, snip about 2 centimetres off the bottom of the flowers and put them in a vase, jug or a very large cup or something sturdy enough to hold fresh water and flowers. 

Dried flowers require little work, please do not water them and place them in a spot you like best preferably out of sunlight and away from drafts caused from open windows/doors and moisture such as bathrooms (powder rooms are fine)

Can I make my own bouquet and pick my own flowers/colour?

Unfortunately we are unable to chop and change our colour palettes and the pre-selected flowers. In order to minimise waste, we only offer two bouquets and select seasonal flowers to match our design on offer for the week.

However, if you know of any allergies, human or animal that may react to certain flowers please do not hesitate to contact us or include this information in the special instructions section when checking out.

We always want our flowers to be as fresh as possible, so we restock continuously throughout the week. If a particular flower isn't available, we will replace it with one of equal or greater value.

Are your weekly bouquets available on a regular basis for businesses?

If you would love to have our bouquets delivered to you weekly or on a regular basis of your choice, we do offer subscriptions for businesses and personal. Or perhaps you're after a regular dried statement piece suited to your business, please do not hesitate to email us with your ideas. We would love to work with you.

Can I request a dried flower custom arrangement?

Yes, we do take custom orders for dried flower arrangements. Send us an email of how much you would like to spend and the colour palette you are thinking of and we will get back to you as soon as we can.  

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across the Gold Coast from (North) Oxenford to Coolangatta (South). Please visit our 'Delivery Locations' page to confirm which suburbs we deliver to. If you do not see your suburb listed, simply fill out a contact form or email us directly at contact@florenna.com.au and we can look into the best option for you. Our delivery charge starts at $15, prices are subject to change depending on the location from our studio. If the suburb you have selected does not match the address you have provided, we will contact you to confirm.

Do you apply contactless delivery practices?

Yes, your safety is a high priority to us.

Do you deliver to businesses?

Yes, please ensure the person you are sending flowers to will be at work between the times of 12pm-5pm. If they are not, they will be left with someone at the workplace.

Changes to delivery information-

If the person you are sending flowers to will not be at home or at work between our delivery times of 12pm-5pm or if you have incorrect address details, please email us with any changes before 11.30am to ensure same day delivery.

If you change the information after this time, your order will be resolved for next day delivery.

Re-delivery -

If our courier is unable to access the residence or delivery location (such as gated complex/units) or unable to leave the flowers in a safe and shady place, yourself and the recipient will be contacted to arrange either collection or next day re-delivery. In circumstances where flowers need to be re-delivered, an additional fee of $15 will be charged.
